Navigate Your Journey Forward

Life throws challenges at you. Sometimes it's a career shift that feels overwhelming. Other times it's personal barriers that seem impossible to move past.

Our structured programme helps you break down what feels massive into manageable steps. We work through the patterns holding you back and build practical skills for moving forward.

How the Programme Works

We've designed this around three core phases. Each builds on the last, giving you time to absorb and apply what you're learning.

1

Foundation

We start by mapping out where you are and where you want to be. This isn't just goal-setting—it's about understanding the specific obstacles in your path and why they're there.

2

Development

This is where the real work happens. You'll learn frameworks for managing setbacks, techniques for staying consistent, and ways to rebuild confidence when it wavers.

3

Integration

The final phase focuses on making these changes stick. We help you create systems that work with your life, not against it, so progress continues after the programme ends.

What You'll Gain

  • A clear understanding of the thought patterns that create barriers and practical ways to work through them
  • Tools for managing setbacks without losing momentum—because setbacks will happen
  • Confidence in making decisions, especially when the right choice isn't obvious
  • Strategies for maintaining focus when distractions or doubts creep in
  • A personalized action plan that accounts for your specific circumstances and challenges
  • Connection with others navigating similar struggles, which often provides unexpected insights

Programme Schedule

We run programmes throughout the year to accommodate different schedules. Each cohort is intentionally kept small—around 12 participants—so everyone gets meaningful attention.

Next Programme Starts: 14 July 2026
Duration: 12 weeks with optional extended support
Format: Weekly sessions plus online materials you work through at your own pace
Location: Stoke-on-Trent with remote participation available
Group Size: 12 participants maximum per cohort

How We Support You

Everyone learns differently. We've built multiple ways to engage with the material and get help when you need it.

Weekly Group Sessions

These happen live, either in person at our Stoke-on-Trent location or via video. We tackle specific challenges, work through exercises together, and share experiences.

Sessions run Tuesday evenings from 6:30 to 8:30 PM, with recordings available if you can't attend live.

Individual Check-ins

Every two weeks, you'll have a one-on-one session to discuss your specific situation. These are crucial for addressing obstacles unique to you.

Between scheduled check-ins, you can request additional support if something urgent comes up.

Self-Paced Materials

You'll get access to written guides, audio exercises, and video content you can work through when it suits your schedule.

Materials are organized by topic, not strict order, so you can focus on what's most relevant to your current challenges.

Peer Support Network

Participants often find huge value in connecting with others facing similar obstacles. We facilitate this through a private online community.

This isn't mandatory—some people prefer working more independently—but it's there if you want it.

Recent Participant Experience

I'd been stuck in the same rut for years. Not because I didn't want to change, but because every time I tried, something would derail me. The programme helped me see the patterns I couldn't spot on my own. More importantly, it gave me practical tools for when things got difficult—and they did get difficult. But this time I had a framework for working through it instead of giving up.

— Callum Fairweather, completed January 2025 cohort

What made the biggest difference for me was having people who understood what I was dealing with. The group sessions often sparked insights I wouldn't have reached alone. The structure kept me accountable without feeling oppressive, and the individual check-ins addressed my specific situation rather than generic advice.

— Petra Svendsen, completed March 2025 cohort
